North Island College in Port Hardy is now accepting applications for the Shellfish Aquaculture Technician Program. This is a full-time, 6 week program, running from Mar.12th to Apr. 18th. It is limited to 14 seats, available on a first come first serve basis, so get your applications in now. We are filling up quickly for this training.

This is an Employment Skills Access (ESA) Program designed to assist unemployed, or low skilled individuals to obtain employment. All tuition and materials are paid, for participants meeting eligibility criteria.

The Shellfish Aquaculture Technician Program will prepare individuals for entry-level employment in the shellfish aquaculture industry with training in the development and operation of a shellfish farming enterprise.
