Child Care Centre
The Quatsino First Nation child care center is called Ax sila xa Gingananam. Our goal is to provide young children and their families with the tools they need to achieve their highest potential, in both learning and social environments.
Our program is built on the 6 Components of the Aboriginal Head Start Program of BC:
- Culture and Language
- Education
- Health Promotion
- Nutrition
- Social Support
- Parental and Family Involvement
Our child care hours are 7:45am to 4:15pm. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are provided throughout the day.
We are currently accepting new enrolments for children aged 0-3.
